If you make an enquiry we ask for your name and email address so that we can respond to your enquiry adequately.
Comments
If you leave a comment on our blog, the name and email address that you enter with your comment will be saved, along with your IP address to the Squarespace database running this site. This information is only to identify you as the comment author. If your email address is linked to a Squarespace account, your avatar may also be displayed next to your comment.
We do not use this information for any other purpose, and the information is held until the comment or blog post is deleted. If you would llike to have your comment removed you can request that at any time by emailing us.

If you have any questions about data please contact us. You can also review the privacy policy of Squarespace, the software that runs this site. We will happily delete emails or comments we have received via this website for you if you contact us.

How we protect your data
Our website is a Squarespace website and they have a security team dedicated to keeping personal information safe. They maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are intended to appropriately protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse and any other unlawful form of processing of, the personal information in our possession. They also employ security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, building redundancies throughout our network (so that if one server goes down, another can cover for it) and testing for and protecting against network vulnerabilities.

If we are notified by Squarespace that a breach has taken place, we will contact anyone deemed to be affected as quickly as possible.
